Clause 16.
Is Clause 3 of the
Additional Instructions of 1922 brought up-to-date
the last
and this paragraph amended to allow of more
than one re-appointment.
Clause 20.
Is the provision now appearing
in the Additional Instructions of the
20th of November, 1929, re-enacted to get rid of that Instrument.
Clause 32.
This is the first part
of the existing Clause 32. This amendinent
is now being made in all Instruments as
opportunity occurs.
Similarly, Clause 33
of the Instructions of the 14th of February,
1917, is revoked and not re-enacted in accordance
with present practice.
The amendment of Clause 32 and
the revocation of Clause 33 render it
necessary to amend Clause 16 of the Letters
Patent.
I submit amending Letters Patent
accordingly.
